Evolve into a Centre of Excellence for Research in Meenakshi College of
Engineering
Mission
The research department strives to create a strong sense of community,
provide a variety of
engaging and enriching opportunities for staff/students and to prepare
the students for research
carriers.
Attaining academic excellence through well designed curriculum flexible
to dynamic
technological needs, competent faculty and innovative researchlearning
process.
Promoting collaborative research through special interest groups, state
of the Madras
University, Anna University, IIT and CICRI research labs.
We should conduct the research meeting to every academic year last
month.
The R&D cell was established to promote and monitor the development of
research activities of
the College.
The R & D cell motivates the students in research activities, by
providing the required
training and suggestion.
The R & D cell aims to nurture the research culture in the institute by
promoting research in
newly emerging and challenging areas of engineering and technology.
It encourages the students and faculty to undertake research in newly
emerging and challenging
areas of engineering and technology, including multidisciplinary fields.
To monitor progress of the research and development activity.
